Custom Gaming PC

My Friend wants a gaming PC he has about a 500-600 GBP Budget and he would like it to run BF3/BF4 on a decent FPS.

Can anyone choose parts (design a build) to suit his needs?

He will need a monitor and already has the peripherals and will need it for gaming :)

Thanks

My Custom Build: i5 3570K Processor At 3.4GHz | 8GB DDR3 RAM | Gigabyte GTX670 2GB OC GPU |

Decent FPS would be a 30-40 FPS. I would say go for at least a 760 or a 7950 since they are cheap. However go for the GPU last so you might have an opportunity to get the 9K series. I suggest an FX 8320.
