Noise in headphones

Pugsicle

So my graphics card emits a noise that seems like the fan since it is not high pitched like coil whine, and I can hear that noise in my headphones when I am playing games. Would a shielded sound card help eliminate this? The headphones are plugged in the ports directly on the motherboard in the back of my PC.

Coilwhine is not always super high pithced. For me it gets higher with FPS and acctualy starts pretty low frequency wise.

It could be coil whine or it could be the cooler, either way its annoying that I can hear it in my headphones.

If I move my card to the bottom PCI express slot would that help at all?
