Freezing PC, Black Screen, crash

Hi Recently i changed my HDD. Opened External HDD and used it as Internal. Installed Windows on it rest everything is same.Hardware.

My PC Starts Freezing Then Blinks black screen Crashes games. Sometimes freezes and becomes unresponsive.

What is wrong With it i have taken picture of Speccy. Help me pls
