My pc is randomly freezing while playing games

Specs

I5 4670k 3.4ghz

780ti dual classified sli

850w seasonic m12II evo psu

8gb ram 1866mhz

Z87x ud5h mobo

250gb Samsung evo 850 ssd

Hyper 212x CPU cooler

1tb hdd with nothing in it.

My temps are all below 50 degrees and I'm getting random freezes every now and then. Shouldn't be lack of power because I asked basically 15+ people on this forum who all tell me 850w is more than enough. What could be the problem

Hmm ... Try installing Windows on that 1TB drive OR Reinstall on the 250GB SSD.

Edit: I think your SSD is failing.
