Well, the games you named dont need much horsepower and for school work a 10 year old pentium 4 would be fine.

 

If you looking for gaming performance get a cheap i5 (4460 or something) with a cheap mobo, skip the cooler and the second stick of ddr3 and get a better gpu (r9 380, r9 270x etc, gtx 950 etc) and youd have a way more powerfull pc for the same money.

 

For about the same price get this:

Better cpu, better psu, better gpu, triple the hdd storage and a 250gb boot ssd for about same price

I would use this since AMD is bad for gaming but their new graphics cards are pretty good. There is really no need for 16 gb of ram so I took that out. The 3 fans were useless too since the 2 fans that come with the Spec 02 are good enough.
