Hello! i'm new to this form but i'm wondering, any tips/part lists for a kick-ass (but cheap) pc build? my budget is 600-700... i am looking for it to be able to run GTAV and other triple A games at reasonable settings. Thanks,

At what resolution? 1080p at 30fps will be your maximum with $700.
