I dont think thats a case you can just buy. Its a modded case, idk what case it is. but that would take a lot of work and a lot of tools. I would just suggest buying a normal case. Since I'm planning to mod my Define S for like a month now and tools and material are so freaking expensive and even then it is so hard to find, and doing it would take a lot of time.

do you have the machines to bend the metal? measure? cut? 

If not, A lot of money. BTW finding and keeping metal in that good condition is hard Not to mention, the power buttons & USB, Headphone jack

Also that case is watercooled, if you're new to pc building then whatever in that picture is way out of your limit. I've been tinkering with pc for around 2 years now and I still having trouble water cooling, let alone modding a case that heavily.

That looks to be a fully custom built case, and well if you want to make one of similar design, if you provide the CAD drawings for all the parts it will lower the cost a little it's mainly flat sheets cut out and bolted together but there are some with bends. Overall though to get this fabricated and finished from the looks of things it's aluminum that is anodize this will not be cheap as Ronnie76 puts it.

That is a in-win h frame with some extentions on the outside glass panels and then water cooling mounted to the outside

thats a In Win H-Frame Mini Aluminum Mini-ITX Computer Case as some one already stated cool case good luck finding one thats a sweet build tho =]
