Rooting Nexus 4 Troubles

Hey Guys,

I'm in the process of rooting my phone (Nexus 4) using the Nexus Root toolkit. I've gotten to the stage of clicking the ROOT button, and it was all going well until it got to the stage saying "Renaming some system files to ensure flashed TWRP sticks". It has been sitting there for the past 15 minutes doing nothing, and I really have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated ASAP.

Fortunately after unplugging my phone all was fine, however I'm not rooted yet...

That forum has so many different groups of people who work specifically with mostly any of the top android devices, and definitely your Nexus 4. You probably don't even need to sign up just go there and search for your device and it'll take you to the Nexus 4 sub-forum (here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1907) or I'll just give you a link directly to a thread you should check out and READ FULLY before posting a question there because your answer or solution is in there somewhere.
