PSU Connector

its a pic i got from google btw i mean i PCIE 6+2 switch to a PCIE connector 8 pin :D

if it's PCIE 8 pin (the one in the pic is a CPU (EPS12V) 8 pin) then yes, it should be fine.

My power supply has a 6+2 connector, can i replace it with an eight piece connector, because i will be sleeving my cables?

no because the connector is not quite the same (look closely) that 8 pin is for the CPU

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

no because the connector is not quite the same (look closely) that 8 pin is for the CPU

That was a pic i got from google, i mean A PCIE 6 + 2 pins, switched out with a PCIE 8 pin connector

They are keyed (Rounded/Square pattern) differently but you should make sure not to mix things up. An 8 pin PCI-e is fine just don't try to force it into the EPS12V CPU power which will break the physical plastic as well as fry the board.
