So I am planning on starting to order pc parts this week, slowly but surely ordering them as I want to only by parts when they are on sale. Not sure how well that will work but what the hell.

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Gigidy/saved/RVnV3C

This is what I have come up with. I changed the 380 to the 290 because with the current deals I could afford the extra $30. My question is will thag be worth it over the 380? Also how reliable is the MIR?

Also is the power supply enough? I chose it because I've heard xfx makes very high quality psu's?

In the spirit of MIR's how reliable are any of them? Because I would hate to go through the trouble and spend the extra money for nothing.

Thanks for replies guys! I love to hear from everyone! Any advice is good advice!

don't trust MIR

they are very shotty

you may never get your money

and if you do..it might be like 6 months later

I've always turned MIRs off, I don't trust them, and there's no guarantee you'll actually get it in a reasonable time frame, if at all.

Build without them in mind, if it just so happens there are some, then consider it a (potential) bonus.

XFX is good, and the wattage is fine.

the parts in general are good, and dropping to a 380 if necessary wont hinder you too much.

So turning off the MIR I would not be able to get the 290 would the 380 perform just as well or close to?

close enough, it'll manage 1080p60 on "High" or better in most games

404s, but what's your budget? and how much do you currently have?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

So without MIR's I came up with this

I think it's pretty good but just one last check with you guys would be awesome

Seems fine, though I'm a fan of cooler master cases myself, and you probably don't need those fans and may want to go with this power supply, it's a bit more but it's modular which is super useful
