I have a bluetooth adapter connected to my computer which connects to a bluetooth audio adapter to my speakers so I can switch between my phone and PC. Both my phone and PC skip, but my PC way worse than my phone. The way I have found that works with my PC is if I unplug my bluetooth adapter on my PC and plug it back in. Eventually it starts skipping again. I am going to mention that I didnt go out of my way to spend a lot of money on a bluetooth dongle for my PC, the one I got was like 10 bucks. It could be just a crappy adapter but I dont think it is the adapter just for the reason that it does it with my phone as well. Perhaps interference can play a roll? I have a wireless keyboard connected via bluetooth and my pebble is connected to my phone, but it seems to do it even if everything else is off. Distance also isnt an issue, the two devices are about a yard away from each other.

this is going back abit for me, but if i remember bluetooth has different standards and different speeds for transfering data so your PC dongle might be an older one or one meant for say keyboards rather then audio, you might need a better dongle i have a 4.0 one and it works fine im sure that you'll need that standard this one is meant to be fine
