Hello all.

I'm looking for some help and some good feeadback with my next build

1. Budget & Location
my budget are around 40,000 sek (5000 USD) and i'm from sweden.

2. Aim

i am aiming for gaming, my gaming list have everything from Dialbo 3/Starcraft to battlefield/witcher and soon Fallout/Star wars battlefront.

3. Monitors
I'm going to get 3-4 monitors, they are either going to be 24 or 27 tum (monitors 4k resolution) if i can

4. Peripherals
i'm going to start with 1-2 monitors and then buy 2 more at a later date, also going to run windows 10.

Does budget include monitors? Also, there's a lot of diminishing returns in that price range.
