ESO Install Taking Forever...

So ive already installed the game from a disc, but the game has been downloading and patching for hours... Is this really normal? After 3 hours im at 6% -_-

UPDATE: Looks like things have sped up, its installing a series of small patches of a few hundred MB each, its currently at 20%.
