How risky would it be to wait till cybermonday to buy a GTX 980 or 980Ti they will be out of stock for awhile after cybermonday should i buy one sooner

Usually newer GPU's and CPU's aren't really for sale on Cyber Mondays.... usually it's storage and memory that goes on sale.
