How to launch my new website?

i am trying to register a new website but i dont know how to, the website for domain im registering is dot.tk when i go on their home page it says use your new domain and thats the part i dont get :/ im going to find a way to get free hosting as well, im just practicing building websites and thats why im not paying for anything at the moment, thanks :)

go on hostinger.co.uk  it works very well with them.

go on hostinger.co.uk  it works very well with them.

hostinger don't allow gaming scripts, keep that in mind with what you're developing.
