Server Error in '/' Application.

When I try to get on minecraftforums, I get this error:

How do I fix this? I can get on with my phone, just not my computer.

That's a bug with the website, and nothing that you can do anything about. The only thing you can do to help is to contact the server owner and hope that they're able to fix it.

Is it possible they banned my IP? The site is still down, I can't get on it through my computer, and I can't get on it when I'm on my phone using the WIFI. But I can get on when I'm using my 4G, or when I'm at someone else house.

Try accessing the site with a free VPN or proxy to see if it works. If yes, then maybe your IP is banned.
