Best media player

I was just wondering whats the best media player on windows 7. I heard vlc is good but i currently have something called cyberlink power dvd ultra version installed which looks like it has quite a few features supported such as cuda and 3d as well as dolby digital H.264 and blu ray or alternitivly whats wrong with windows media player? So basicly whats better cyberlink power dvd ultra version, vlc or media player.

 

By the way my computer pretty beefy if that matters with a gtx 950, 8gb of ram, a core i5 4690 and an ssd also im on windows 7

Edit: looks like the power dvd thing cost alot of munie and it came with a non trail version on the pc

vlc for video foobar for music

VLC. It plays everything, even broken or unfinished Files.

can vlc not do that and what makes it crap

if you rip the BD without its drm

then yes vlc can play the bd iso file (without the menu)

but only if you rip it first
