Cheapest Possible HD Gaming PVR

Hey guys and girls.

I'm just wondering what the cheapest possible HD capture card with HDMI for gaming is.
I don't even really care how good the quality is, i just want a 16:9 recording haha.

Well, if that's really true, then just use any camera/cell phone that you have.

 

But something tells me that you do care about quality... so buy something nice.  

 

How much are you looking to spend?

What I'm looking for is a cheap game pvr that does 16:9 around $100.

I dont want Elgato quality I just want screeen capture at 1280x720.
