What games should i get if i have a budget of $20 - $50 

 

I really want a good action 3-rd person game like batman but not batman

 

also around PG to MA15+

Just Cause 2 (or even 3, which is coming in December). It's not very batman-y but it's got action (it's kinda like Michael Bay: the game).

Shadow of Mordor is a decent Third Person game. You should be able to get it pretty cheap now too.
