pump/res combo?

Ok this is something I haven't been able to figure out by myself. And at the risk of looking like a donut here , how on earth do you mount a generic cylinder reservior to a d5/ddc pump?

the only ready made pump/res combo's sold here in the UK feature tiny reservoirs.

EKWB has one like theses which are their new one or the older ones which used to be 250mm long, others like XSPC photon also have that. If you want a separate pump and res you use either a short length of tube to connect the two or a male to male g1/4" fitting.
