Arkham Asylum Error? Help?

So I just downloaded Arkham Asylum on my PC and when I launch the game I get this error. Anyone know what the problem is? I installed the .net framework 4.6 after it couldn't install 3.5. Would that be the problem?

I had an error while playing Arkham Knight and that fixed it for me. Maybe it will work here as well, but I doubt it.

it looks like your directx install is corrupted..or you got a permissions problem
