After upgrading a friends PC to Windows 10, deciding he didn't like it, and downgrading by to Windows 7, it says that there are no Wifi Networks available.  I have tried re-installing the Drivers from dells site.

Intel Core i7 4770k

8 GB of DDR3 RAM

I've already did that, it didn't work.  The strange thing is that the Bluetooth works, but not the wifi.  It just says, "No wifi networks are available" even though I know there is.
