Please Help! Red Orchestra keeps crashing!

just spent 20 bucks buying ro2/rising storm and every time i launch the game it shows the splash screen and then it crashes and says "rogame.exe has stopped working, we will notify you when the problem is fixed". So basically i can't play at all after just buying this game and i tried to google the solution but not too much useful stuff has came up. If you guys know of a solution that will fix it for sure, let me know. Not the biggest computer expert. Also, other people who have had issues with this in the past said that they tried uninstalling twice and it did NOT fix the problem. As a result, i don't think im going to try that. Especially since the game file size is huge.

Rising storm didnt launch for me either when it was installed. I heard the intro sounds but the screen was black. I was really frustrated and couldnt find a solution but the next day it just launched normally (and yes i did restart my pc). Dont know what caused it, really weird.

Have you tried to check the game integrity?

Right click game on steam and go to properties and it should be there somewhere.

not sure. it just says version 355.82 when i open up my geforce experience thingy. I checked for updates but i don't see any.

It's the anti-cheat software for RO2 and BF4/3.

i clicked verify and it says 24 files failed to validate and will be reacquired

That means that 24 files were corrupted and it downloaded them again. Does the game work now?
