well try hdmi, first you have to discard things, like the monitor then the GPU then the cable, also the mobo and so, try different things and you will find the problem

I have tried everything GPU not faulty at all or monitor.

Maybe a dud of a dvi?

you tried hdmi? you tried a new dvi cable? you tried reseating the card? you tried a different slot? you tried connecting another device to the monitor? you tried another dvi device with this cable? you tried another monitor with this cable and card? you really tried everything?

Troubleshooting a pc will make you believe in gremlins.
