Resetting windows stuck at 66%?

About an hour ago i used the windows 8 settings to reset my pc fully.

Im on the part with the windows logo and "resetting your pc xx%"

Its been on 66% for about half an hour now whereas it was moving steadily up before that.

Is it stuck or is it just at a specific part of the process?
