Does the motherboard support wifi?

no, but it has about $100 left in the budget so add a wifi card, and anything else you need and your good to go or you can get one of the other builds

Thanks so i dont need a graphics card right like if i want to boot my pc like how to log into bios and stuff?

nope and the cpu has integrated graphics(well atleast the one in my build) so you wont even need a graphics card, unless you decide to do graphics intensive stuff on it, which the build wont be used for

Quick question it says

  • Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the ASRock H81M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.
