Good Case Fans

Go to solution Solved by Oshino Shinobu,

NB BlackSilent Pros are my go to fans. bequiet! Silent Wings 2 are also good. You could go down the Noctua route with the NF-F12s, but they're expensive.

I'm looking for good case fans that are fairly quiet and have good performance. I currently have selected corsair AF120 red LED fans, but I want to know if there is a better option.

Thanks

Why does everyone like Noctua fans so much? There are other fans that are cheaper and perform better, not to mention they don't look like someone puked on them.

Also, NF-F12s or NF-S12A? I plan to have it in a fairly open area.

Why are you looking at 120mm fans? The case fits 140mm's.

You need to quote a post or tag a member or else they won't get a notification you replied to them.

Why does everyone like Noctua fans so much? There are other fans that are cheaper and perform better, not to mention they don't look like someone puked on them.

The ones that perform better aren't as quiet or are just as expensive.

My thoughts exactly. It's like anytime you go on any PC message board and click a fan thread most people will just keep repeating "Noctua". Noctua fans aren't bad, but there are many other great choices out there now that are much cheaper like you said.
