Please do not get the iMac 5K though, it throttles like crazy. But you are getting mid range laptop specs in the process. And spending a ton on a display that it can't handle.

Your right. Im now thinking of getting 2 apple 27" thunderbolt displays, with a Mac book pro 13".

You do not need Apple displays, only an Apple computer. The Macbook will do fine, pair it with two Dell U2715H displays. They can daisy chain off of a single Thunderbolt port from the laptop.
