How do I fix this error?

what software is it?

MSI Kombustor, but it does that on all stress test aplications

You are missing or have a corrupted Opencl.dll The least advised option (but still a possible fix) is to simply download just the missing .dll file and save it to c:\windows\system32 overwriting the one that is there. However, you should install your GPU drivers again make sure they are up to date or clean install them. 

Opencl is a computing language that is used on CPU's, GPU's and other kind of processing units, its most likely that its the graphics part that is the issue, but if you are trying to stress test it, then you may be having a problem with opencl altogether. a clean install of windows is also an easy fix. 

Troubleshooting a pc will make you believe in gremlins.
