Stuck in pre-boot

I mean.. the title really says it all..

If I click the buttons to enter bios or BBS Popup, it says it will launch them but it remains stuck...

Help?

It means that you have some hardware blocking the system.

What I suggest is to unplug everything from your system. including all USB devices. Keep the bare minimum. If you have a fancy keyboard, remove it, and use a simple basic membrane keyboard and that is all on USB 2.0 directly connected on the back. See if it helps. If not, then it could be a RAM problem. Try the system with only 1 stick of RAM, if it still doesn't work, try a different one.

If that still doesn't work, clear the CMOS (refer to your motherboard manual), and see if it help.
