Hey Guys,

So for a while I have needed a new desktop computer and the last one I owned was bought for me when I started exams.

This was a good 5/6 years ago and the computer has been terrible for the last year or so.

So I decided to build my own PC as I know the outcome is often better then buying a prebuilt.

I have around £500-£700 to spend right now with gradual upgrades on parts as time progresses.

The main purpose of the PC will be rendering and editing.

As I am in experienced I could really use some help with a good build for the price and perpose.

If you could help please reply or email me at Reading9889@gmail.com

Thanks guys

Something like this?

Would only change PSU to XFX. I don't like B-series PSUs. But it'll be fine, anyway!

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

I know SuperFlower is good, but I just prefer straight up original PSUs (non-rebranded). I don't know why, I just do. It's opinion and the OP should ignore my post.

I think a few of them are originals. SeaSonic is also a good choice because most PSUs are just rebranded SeaSonic's at a higher premium.

Nope XFX uses all SeaSonic power supplys.

If you want OEM buy straight from SuperFlower or SeaSonic. Other good ones are Enhance and Delta but I think they just make psus for other companies.
