I love second build becouse there is Xeon its kidna powerful CPU for rendering and other stuff and also good on gaming 
And also I love first build becouse its good in gaming and kinda cheaper.

My cooler is Deep cool gammax 300 is it ok for OC i5 4690k ? to like 4-4.5 ? (my first OC)

GTX 960 is a waste of space.

These cards preform better and their prices vary from less to more, R9 280/285/380/280x

I dont like amd sorry , only Nvidia, thats why gtx 960 , I would like to get 970 but its over budget

The 960 is a waste of space.

If you want Nvidia Get a 770.

 

AMD is the way to go.

Please get an AMD for your wallets and your FPS sake

1) there isn o gtx 770 in my shops in stock
2) My friends have bought last years amd cards like r7 270x(I think not sure) and 285~ ,and got a lot of problems with them.
Why nvidia ? becosue i have shadowplay,game sharing,game optimisation and all other things I will use.

An overclockable processor will let you keep up with the times. Hyperthreading won't help much in games.

 

If your AMD stigma is that deeply entrenched in your brain then so be it.

so your choose is xeon or i5 ?

like drivers problems,lagging,monitor splashing ,drivers not responding, and other things . and that was new gpu not used .I understand if there was 1 man with problems but both buyed from different shops.Also one new friend also god problems with coolers they recently just stopped working ..

Do they have all the power connectors plugged in the card?

How the hell do you crash video drivers?

yes they have everything uptodate ,about driver crashing I dont know that was like most annoying thing liek u playing and screen turns black and back in a few seconds.
