I am looking for a good 29+ inch ultrawide display, 1440p,  IPS. I don't care whether it is 60 or 144hz, though. I would like good build quality, but it can't be super expensive.

Thanks

Well what do you consider "super expensive" because all of the nice UW monitors are still gonna shred your wallet a lil bit

Let's ignore price for now, but not like $2000.

As far as gaming grade ones that are either out or will be by the end of the year:

300$ LG 29um67 - 29inch, IPS, 2560x1080, 75hz + freesync
500$ LG 34um67 - 34inch, IPS, 2560x1080, 75hz + freesync
1000$ Benq xr3501 - 35inch, VA, 2560x1080, 144hz
1100$ Acer xz350cu - 35inch, VA, 2560x1080, 144hz + freesync
1200$ Acer z35 - 35inch, VA, 2560x1080, 200hz + gsync

1100$ Acer xr341ck - 34inch, IPS, 3440x1440, 75hz + freesync
1300$ Acer x34 - 34inch, IPS, 3440x1440, 100hz + gsync
1300$ Asus pg348q - 34inch, IPS, 3440x1440, 100hz + gsync

Ignoring gaming specs. The chepest 29" is the same LG29um67 on this list.
And the cheapest 34" is the LG 34um95 (static 60hz, 3440x1440 IPS) which can be found for 700$ new, or 5/600$ refurbished now and then
