How much thermal capacity

So i have a dual 180mm rad, how much thermal capacity does it have?

 

180x460mm, and 35mm thick, and copper.

 

 

How many parts could I have on it?

 

 

It should be about the same as 5.75 120mm rads, right?

I'd probably say it has around the cooling capacity of a 45mm thick 360mm radiator approx. you can for sure do a CPU and GPU both overclocked on that with something like a good pair of pressure optimized EKWB or silverstone fans.
