Need help getting drivers for Windows 7

So I just recently dual-booted my compute with Windows 10 & 7 but the only way I could get 7 to load onto my PC was by choosing the un-recommended path of not installing drivers and other components from the internet before the loading of 7 off my CD. So now when I boot up 7 I have no drivers and not even an Ethernet driver so I need help finding the drivers for Windows 7 to get my computer up and started.

Please help me.
