360 Pad with broken bumper

So two months ago I purchased an XBOX 360 controller for PC so that I could properly play Dark Souls 2. To my dismay after such a short time, the right bumper has broken. It doesn't register certain presses making it impossible to chain together attacks. I don;t know why this happened as its only two months old and I take good care of my stuff. Is there a way to fix this? Is it possible to get a replacement?
