Dont take the risk. If it reacts, it may leave gunk in your loop.

Distilled water should suffice if you have a kill coil (piece of silver to kill microbes).

So I want to add a gfx card to my water cooling loop but the problem is I don't have any additional cooling liquid and I cant seem to find the same one I have online so my question is can I mix two coolants that are fairly similar or not?

It's best to never mix fluids, if you want new fluid I would suggest stuff from mayhems or distilled water as others have also said and a biocide or kill coil.

Unless you have nickel plated blocks, its best to avoid silver kill coils.

Just add some distilled water.
