Best thing would be you figure out the peripherals beforehand and work with whats left, those vary a lot in price.

Your pc budged is gonna be a bit low if you spend 200$ on other stuff though, so maybe you should look at some used parts.

Do you also need windows? Do you have any older parts you can use?
