Hello Guys i Bought Corsair H110GT And i Overclocked my i5 4690K to 4.5GHZ and i can overclock it to 4.6GHZ and Iknow there is Still More space to Overclock But when i overclock to 4.7GHZ it just crashes and computer doesnt on and it goes back to his default setting But the Temperature Really low I have a Pic of Running test .

I wanted to know if i increase the voltage of CPU is it safe to Overclock than ? Because maximu it hitted 48 And its on 4,5GHZ overclocked 100% Load on it so i wanted to know if i can go more with safely/

Thanks

As long as temps aren't limiting you adding some more voltage to your overclock is good, it's basically good to go up to 1.30V with no problems on Haswell and even 1.350V since you're using a fairly large water cooler which should keep things fairly cool, just remember to keep an eye on temps.

It's best to try an overclock and voltage and stress test for say 20 mins to give you an idea of it's temps and short term stability. Once your happy with it you can try going higher, if it's starting to get close to 85C or 90C as a constant temp you might want to dial it back.

If you have watercooling or are on big air coolers 1.350V is still fairly safe but it seems the sweet spot for your CPU is right at 4.8Ghz, you could do 4.9ghz with the 1.365V as long as your temps aren't overly high, but to ensure stability t's best to stress test for 12hours, if it crashes between then you might need to up the voltage a small amount and try again.
