Get rid Corsair CX 500W.

 

Get rid GTX 960.

Nope.

The 960 is horrible price to performance.

The R9 280/285/380/280x outperforms the 960

 

Get an EVGA SuperNova instead of the Corsair CX

You might want to remove the psu 

unless you want you pc to set on fire don't get the corsair cx series

It's cheaper and better just not modular PSU

Wouldn't get that case. Put that money towards a better GPU or something. Grab a cheap 20-30 dollar case. Like others have said too, get a different PSU. Corsair's PSUs aren't exactly top notch. The GPU you chose as well has a crappy price/performance. I would suggest (like others have) getting an R9 290 or 280. The rest of the parts look fine though.
