MFManager.exe - No Disk

Haalp guise, I'm having an annoying issue, I keep getting an error MFManager.exe. I have no idea what it is, or now to get rid of it.

The process known as MFManager belongs to software Canon Utilities ImageBrowser EX by unknown.

Description: The file MFManager.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". The file size on Windows 7/XP is 69,120 bytes.  

There is no description of the program. The program has no visible window. The software starts upon Windows startup (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders). MFManager.exe is not a Windows core file. MFManager.exe seems to be a compressed file. Therefore the technical security rating is 54% dangerous.

There is a possibility to uninstall Canon Utilities ImageBrowser EX from your computer using the Control Panel applet "Add/Remove programs".

mfmanager.exe executes as a process with the local user's privileges usually within the context of Windows Explorer. During installation, it (or a shortcut) is added to the user's startup folder which is designed to automatically launch when the user logs into Windows. The assembly utilizes the .NET run-time framework (which is required to be installed on the PC). This particular version is usually found on Windows 7 Ultimate (6.1.7601.65536).

Just uninstall the Canon Utilities ImageBrowser/Software.

Oh thank you! I had a fewwling it had something to do with that, it started happening after I pulled a card without safely removing hardware. I use the software so I'll try to get that sorted out.
