Yes. Yes, from that incredibly detailed description you gave me, I can now fix all of your friend's problems (yeah, not just the ones with the internet, I'll have you know). I commend you for the many arduous hours that you have put into this post, you should get the Queen round and get a knighthood or something, oh noble sir.
