We have recently built a new pc using these specifications:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Processor

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2+

HDD: 1tb toshiba

PSU: 500W CiT active PFP, 85% eff, 80+ bronze

RAM: 8gb-(2x4gb)-corsair-value-select-ddr3-pc3-10666-(1333)

we built it correctly, however the fan stops spinning every now and again and the display won't turn on, no matter if we use a HDMI, VGA or DVI
have we done something wrong or are the part broken? (we also used the warranty to get the parts renewed yet it still will not display anything)
