Hi guys, i'm new here.

First i'm sorry if my english is not very well.

I have a problem, i want to upload some games video on youtube in 1440P. In mp4 it's possible but with poor quality.

With other sample and type of file it's locked to 720P.

I'm using bandicam today but i would like to know if there something better (in software) to have a nice video (i don't care about audio, a bad quality is not a problem) like linustech post on his website/facebook/youtube.

Thanks a lot and see ya guys.

XOXO from France.

Ok, so you want to upload videos to Youtube with 1440p resolution?

It is possible, but after you finish uploading you need to wait for Youtube to finish processing the file before you can see the full resolution.  However when Youtube processes the file, even if you recorded the video in the highest quality possible, the quality can potentially drop because Youtube is a mass media entertainment service and will resize, reformat your videos to the bit rates they want to support.

As for the software to record videos, I have little experience with the kind of software you want to use.  Tell us what settings you are using now to record the video:

  • frame rate?
  • bit rate?
  • codec/container?

Check this link about recommended settings for Youtube videos.
