Windows 10 Fast Boot caused shut downs on boot

Anyone else have this problem?  After installing Windows 10, everything worked great.  A few updates in, my computer started randomly shutting off after properly shutting down the computer and later starting it up.  Hitting the power button again made it boot up okay.  I was concerned it was my new PSU or GPU.  I even bought a new $160 motherboard after eliminating everything else.  Turns out its just some bulls*** with Windows 10 new fast boot features under power settings>choose what power buttons do.  Not too upset about the motherboard purchase, it was the one I was looking to upgrade to anyway.  But I did it WAY earlier than I planned.  I was eating ramen for a week because my software voltage meter read that I was undervolting the 3.3 and 5 volt sockets and it remained after swapping power supplies.  So I thought my mobo was frying my components and a upgrade was needed immediately.

Just wanted to share for those having the same problem

I had random shutdowns when I ran windows 10, for me, windows 10 was messing with my voltages, when I set manual voltage to a safe level, it was fine, alot of people are reporting their CPUs running at a lower voltage than it should be, probably worth checking your load voltage in cpu-z.

I already ran AIDA64, the program I used on the other board, to check voltages.  Solid all the way around.  The advantages of the Z97 chipset on a premium motherboard with regular BIOS updates....

What was your observed CPU voltage then?
