Normally they release them later, so it may still be released.

They'll be released eventually. On Intel's site, the Haswell i3 is advertised.

They'll have to bin some i3s :p the lowest of the low & tbh why would you care anyway? The 6350/6300 just wipes the floor with anything else at that price range.
