Windows Update Failure

Hi. I have windows 7 64 bit Pro and I am trying to install some windows updates and it keeps failing. I tried to look up the error and it said to try to reinstall my .NET Framework and that didn't work. I can not seem to figure it out. Please help me figure out why this is not updating! Thanks!

Try this solution I found on another forum:

 

"Well, oddly this fixed it:

1.) I turned on automatic updating.
2.) I stopped and restarted the Windows Update Service.
3.) Tried Windows Update, it failed, I then shut down the pc, it pulled some update and completed.
4.) Restarted, did Windows Update, it completed 1 of 19. Tried again and it completed the last 18 updates.
5.) Reboot and we are good.
(I reset it to never check for updates again, as it's a protected machine we use for public.)

So this is solved."
