Let's say I leave my PC turned on overnight, will this thing reduces the performance of the pc? let's say I eave the pc after a heavy  8 hours gaming and benchmarking and I leave it turned on overnight and I use it to game again in the morning, will that reduces the performances?

It won't affect the performance right away, but you components might no last as long as they could have.

No, it will not reduce performance. My rig runs 24/7 and I get no reduction in gaming performance unless I leave my system up for a while without rebooting - sometimes I get issues.

HDDs will automatically shut themselves off after like an hour of not being used by default by Windows

They won't if an active application is in use from a particular HDD.

No, performance won't decrease by making the PC work for long periods of time. You can pretty much leave it on 24/7 at 100% usage, it just won't care (provided you aren't within thermal throttling temps).
