hi guys, im looking for a cheap 5.25inch fan controller because my pc is just loud. any recomendations? i prefer one between 20-35 bucks. thx

If you want cheap, and don't mind ghetto rigging it....A dimmer switch....In essence it's a variable rheostat. It takes whatever voltage is coming in, and decreases it by a set amount depending on the position of the knob....Not ellegant, but it does work, and it's the cheapest way I know to get a fan controller.

i love ghetto riggin but it's a show pc so i can't but still, thanks for the idea

Even with appearance being important, the guts of the system can be invisible, with just the metal poking out, at which point you can put whatever you want on it to turn it. (A plus for case modders) as @ThatOneRussian stated, there are options however.
