UEFI or Legacy for a Samsung SM951 NVMe

Hello

 

Could someone explain UEFI and Legacy, what would be better to use and why, as I cannot really find many decent articles online to explain it. If you need my specs I can put them in another comment. I will be using Windows 10

 

I will be using no Hard drives, also what gives the fastest boot times.

NVMe doesn't work with legacy bios, so UEFI is your only choice.

 

Thanks, should I enable Boot Fast Ultra to decrease the boot times or does this effect something else in a bad way
